1. The personal data provided by customers is required for the operation of Sound United ( "SU" ), delivery of associated benefits and services, and to communicate news and information to customers. Failure by customers to provide or keep required data up to date may result in SU being unable to provide associated benefits.
2. Customers have the right to request to correct any personal data held by SU. In such circumstances customers should inform SU by giving written notice.
3. Customers are responsible for keeping SU up to date as to their correct personal details. SU is not responsible for any loss as a result of a customer’s failure to notify of a change in address.
